What is Linkaty and how does it work?
Linkaty is a link-in-bio page builder built for Arabic-speaking creators and sellers. You create one page at linkaty.net/your-name, add all your links, products, and social accounts as blocks, and share that single link everywhere — in your Instagram bio, on a QR code, on your business card. Visitors see everything in one place instead of hunting through your different accounts.
Is Linkaty really free to use?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a real, published page with no time limit and no credit card — you get a set number of blocks, basic analytics, and one tracking pixel, permanently free. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) unlock higher limits and extra features like custom fonts, the verified badge, and multiple pages, but nothing about the Free plan expires or requires payment to keep using.
Do I need a credit card to start a free trial of a paid plan?
No. Every paid plan includes a 30-day trial with no card required upfront. If you decide the plan isn't for you, or simply don't upgrade before the trial ends, there's no penalty — your account automatically stays on the Free plan, and you keep everything you built.
Can I accept orders and get paid on delivery (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes — Linkaty has a built-in order form block designed for cash-on-delivery selling. Customers fill in their details and confirm the order with a one-time code (OTP) sent to their phone or email, so you get genuine, verified orders instead of spam submissions. Orders appear in your dashboard where you can update their status as you fulfill them.
Does Linkaty really support Arabic properly, or is it just translated?
Arabic support is built into the core of the product, not added as a translation layer afterward. Every page renders with full right-to-left layout, real Arabic web fonts (not a fallback system font), and Arabic names/usernames work exactly like English ones. This is an Arabic-first product — the English interface is the one that was added on top, not the other way around.
What are QR codes used for, and can I edit one after I've already printed it?
Every page automatically gets a QR code that opens it. Beyond that, you can create additional QR codes for specific destinations — a WiFi network, a contact card, a menu, a PDF, or any URL. Dynamic QR codes (Pro plan and up) can have their destination changed at any time without reprinting anything, while a static code is frozen to whatever it pointed to on the day you printed it.
How do I get the verified badge on my page?
The verified badge is available starting on the Pro plan. Once your plan supports it, you can turn it on from your Profile page — it appears next to your name on your public page, the same trust signal Instagram and X use to reassure your customers they're dealing with the real, official you.
Can I manage multiple pages for different clients or brands under one account?
Yes — this is exactly what the Agency plan is built for. One account can own several independent pages, each with its own username, branding, bio, theme, and blocks — useful for an agency managing several clients, or one business running separate pages for different branches or brands. Lower plans are limited to a single page per account.
What happens to my page and data if I stop paying for a plan?
Nothing is deleted. If a paid plan lapses or you choose not to renew, your account moves back to the Free plan automatically — your page stays live, your blocks and content are kept, and anything above the Free plan's limits (extra blocks, for example) is simply paused rather than deleted, so upgrading again later restores it instantly.
Is my data and my customers' order information secure?
Yes. All traffic is served over HTTPS, uploaded images are re-validated and re-encoded (not stored as-received) to strip anything malicious, passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), and every order is verified with a one-time code before it's accepted — protecting both you and your customers from spam and abuse.
